Shipping costs

Switzerland: Free shipping

Rest of the world: 10 CHF

Shipping

Once your order has been processed by the post office you will receive an email confirmation with your estimated delivery date or a tracking code. Your shipment is expected to reach you within 3-4 working days within Switzerland. For Europe and the rest of the world, delivery times may vary based on your location.

Delivery delays & problems

I'm not responsible for any delays by the Swiss Post or any delivery partners.

Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping adresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of items is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.

Duties & taxes

International orders are subject to the receiving country’s import fees, duties, taxes, or other fees. These funds are set by the customers home country’s government as per import/export regulations and charged by courier. I'm not responsible for any of these duties, taxes, or other fees. If a parcel is returned because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, the parcel’s refund will not include the shipping and return costs.

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from delivery to return the item and request an exchange. Unfortunately, I cannot refund taxes, duties, fees or return/shipping charges.
To initiate an exchange, please contact me via email, contact form or Instagram with your order number.
